The Northeast Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Northeast Retrocommissioning Summit. This year’s agenda will include discussions on RCx initiatives, RCx best practices, RCx utility and conservation programs, and LEED-EB.

2008 Dayton Green Expo

Heapy Engineering LLC
The Board of Directors of the Central Chapter of the BCA has announced that they will be a Cosponsor of the 2008 Dayton Green Expo, a one-day event and has attracted approximately 300 guests in the past. There is no charge to attend.
This third annual event will be held Heapy Engineering LLC in Dayton, Ohio and will feature speakers and vendors focusing on sustainable "green" design products and services. Some of the green products available will include: green roofs, thermal shades, resilient flooring, SIPS, and water-conserving products.
The Heapy Engineering Headquarters Building in Dayton is a LEED Silver Certified building and has incorporated numerous energy savings techniques, including Daylight Harvesting, and a partial Green Roof. Check the website for updates.
