Membership is renewed annually. Below is a complete list of Membership Levels and Dues.
Requirement: Must employ at least one "Full Member, Professional" to maintain membership status (included in dues).
Benefits: Permission to use statement "Building Commissioning Association Member Firm" and logo on firm's website, link from BCA website to firm website, one subscription to BCA newsletter. Additional locations for member firms may be listed on website at an additional cost of $250 per site.
Dues: $500 per year
Requirement: Must be a building commissioning services provider.
Benefits: Permission to use statement "BCA Member" and logo on individual correspondence and individual business card, subscription to BCA newsletter, voting rights in all BCA elections, eligibility to serve on any committee, eligibility for service on BCA Board in compliance with BCA Bylaws.
Dues: $160 per year (Note: One Professional membership included in Provider Firm membership)
Requirement: Non-provider firm, organization or institution with an interest in the goals and objectives of the Building Commissioning Association and advancement of the profession of building commissioning.
Benefits: Permission to use "BCA Sustaining Member" and logo on correspondence, subscription to BCA newsletter, eligibility to have representative serve on any BCA committee, one vote in all BCA elections.
Dues: $1,000 per year (minimum)
Requirement: Not-for-profit organization under Internal Revenue Service classification 501(c) with an interest in the goals and objectives of the Building Commissioning Association and advancement of the profession of building commissioning.
Benefits: Subscription to BCA newsletter, permission to use "BCA Sustaining Member" and logo on correspondence, eligibility to have representative serve on any BCA committee, one vote in all BCA elections.
Dues:
Organization - $500 per year
Educational Institution - $300 per year
Federal\State\Local Government Agency - $300 per year
Requirement: Individual with an interest in the goals and objectives of the Building Commissioning Association and the advancement of the building commissioning profession who is not currently a provider of commissioning services.
Benefits: Subscription to BCA newsletter, eligibility for service on any BCA committee.
Dues: $75 per year ($50 per year for student)
