Information/ Photo Release and Policy
By submitting your registration for the BCxA Annual Conference, you are granting permission to the BCxA to use your photographs on its media, including, but not limited to the BCxA website ( and social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube). If you do not wish to have your photograph or name mentioned in BCxA’s website and/or social media outlets, please send an email request to

Liability/ Indemnity
All participants assume responsibility for and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save the host venue and BCxA and its employees and agents, harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by attendance, participation, exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibiting premises or a part thereof. In addition, the participant, attendee and exhibitor acknowledge that the BCxA does not maintain insurance covering personal or exhibitors’ property. It is the sole responsibility of the individual and/or exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the exhibitor company or individual.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Conference registration refunds will be provided minus a $75.00 cancellation fee for refund requests received in writing via email to at least two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given after this date. Travel and accommodation cancellations remain the sole responsibility of the individual.
