Conference Registration
The BCxA Annual Conference has long been the event to collaborate with your peers in the practice of commissioning and building optimization, learn new techniques, discover new tools, and take actionable ideas back to the office.
Your registration fee covers breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday and the Exhibit Reception on Thursday night. You can choose from 28 sessions to earn up to 12 AIA Learning Units.
This tool will help you plan and get approval to attend the Conference.

Information/ Photo Release and Policy
By submitting your registration for the BCxA Conference, you are granting permission to the BCxA to use your photographs on its media, including, but not limited to, the BCxA website (bcxa.org) and social media outlets (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube). If you do not wish to have your photograph or name mentioned on BCxA’s website and/or social media outlets, please send an email request to info@bcxa.org
Liability/ Indemnity
All participants assume responsibility for and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend, and save the host venue and BCxA and its employees and agents, harmless against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by attendance, participation, exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibiting premises or a part thereof. In addition, the participant, attendee, and exhibitor acknowledge that the BCxA does not maintain insurance covering personal or exhibitors’ property. It is the sole responsibility of the individual and/or exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the exhibitor company or individual.
Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Conference registration refunds will be provided minus a $75.00 cancellation fee for refund requests received in writing via email to info@bcxa.org at least two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be given after this date. Travel and accommodation cancellations remain the sole responsibility of the individual.
