Commissioning Project Manager - Denver, CO

Group14 Engineering is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our Denver office, home, and on-site in clients’ buildings.  Applicants must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five years’ experience with commercial buildings, preferably in commissioning, design engineering, MEP coordination, and/or contracting.
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building control systems.
  • Ability to travel outside the Denver area (overnight) to conduct work: Up to 10% of the time.

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • CEM, CxA, CCP, BCxP, LEED AP, and PE Licensure or Engineer in Training (EIT).
  • OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Certification.
  • Understanding and experience in testing and troubleshooting building MEP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of commissioning projects from contract execution through the warranty phase, including client relationships, project financials, project deliverables, and tasks assigned to support staff.
  • Develop and execute commissioning process deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and business development pursuits.
