Job Description

In this position, you will partner with our global enterprise clients to support their CxAlloy implementations and ultimately be responsible for their success. You will provide clear and helpful answers to customer questions about CxAlloy software and its implementation, per the requirements of each client.

Your subject matter expertise in CxAlloy software, in-depth knowledge of the commissioning process, and your prior knowledge and experience with browser technologies and web software will be used to interpret customer questions and quickly provide precise answers.

To achieve this goal, you will work closely with the CxAlloy development and technical support teams to gain a deeper understanding of the software and to provide insight for future enhancements as the “voice of the customer.” You will also leverage your close working relationship with customers to contribute to the knowledge base of support content.

You will play a vital role in the team and will have significant influence over the organization and quality of our solutions. You will often be the primary contact users have with CxAlloy and therefore highly influential in how we are perceived by our customers.

This role is a “go-to-market” function, so a certain entrepreneurial spirit will be required along with a willingness to learn business development skills and to participate in sales and marketing activities.  This is a very unique hybrid for the perfect blend of technical and customer-facing experience.

Initially, this role is offered as a contract position with the intention to convert to long-term employment.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent work experience
  • Engineering or construction management degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of Commissioning experience
  • 2+ years CxAlloy TQ experience
  • Good ability to understand technical details of software and systems, including browsers and cloud-based software
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, including the ability to collaborate with others
  • Excellent technical reading comprehension
  • Clear, concise writer
  • Detail-oriented

Salary is commensurate with experience relative to the software industry with possibilities for additional performance-based compensation.
