Role Overview:
- Join a team that embraces your contributions to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Managing commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets
- Reviewing design and construction documents
- Creating and overseeing testing procedures and documenting system performance
- Identifying issues and providing resolution guidance
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Producing detailed reports and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- E.I.T. or P.E. preferred
- 5 years+ commissioning experience
- Certification (CCP, BCxP, or equivalent) required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building automation
- Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and commissioning tools
- Valid driver’s license, ability to travel and obtain security clearance
- Capable of conducting construction site visits and physical field work
