Senior Commissioning Engineer - Denver, CO

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized, award-winning professional services consulting firm, is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time senior commissioning engineer. Responsibilities include leading tasks for LEED commissioning/ASHRAE commissioning services for new and existing buildings; writing scopes of work and proposals; leading re- and retro-commissioning, measurement and verification, and energy audit projects; serving as the project manager on various sized projects; utilizing Skyspark to set up dashboards, tagging points, remote access, and trend analysis; leading client meetings and business development activities. Travel will be required for this position.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mechanical or electrical engineering AND at least ten years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

  • Masters’ degree in engineering
  • Professional Engineering license
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with monitor-based commissioning (SkySpark)
  • Client management experience
  • LEED AP certification

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
