SERBCA is seeking nominations for outstanding new construction, major renovation and existing building commissioning projects, and commissioning programs, for 2019 Project Awards.
Nomination period opens May 13, 2019 and closes August 1, 2019. Winners will be notified by September 16, 2019.
Application fee: $50 for BCxA Members, $100 for non-members.

Craig Hawkins, a senior commissioning engineer with McKinstry and one of seven founding members of the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA) will be holding a full day (8 pdh’s) training session regarding integrated testing.
Craig is also recipient of the 2016 Benner Award which recognizes outstanding achievement in making building commissioning “business as usual”. He has commissioned over 350 projects totaling more than 8 million square feet of facilities. Craig’s passion for commissioning is infectious among his clients and colleagues – when he is engaged on a project they quickly learn that he is one of their strongest advocates who understands and teaches what commissioning can do for them.

7×24 Exchange – The Carolinas Chapter Annual Technical Summit. The Summit will be held in Charlotte at the NASCAR Hall of Fame this fall. This will be all day event with Breakfast at 8am, seminars over about 4pm then reception till 6 pm).
