The Chapter has arranged for all attendees at the 2-day trainings (2-days on New Construction Commissioning and 2-days on Existing Building Commissioning) March 5 – 8, 2018 in Evanston, IL to get extra benefits from this program.

On March 5th the Central Chapter will host their member meeting giving attendees the opportunity partake in the site tour at Northwestern University.  Attendees will be provided transportation where you will be treated to a once-in-a-lifetime chance to tour the Northwestern University campus’ 25,000 ton central chilled water plant! This plant uniquely rejects condenser water heat into a Lake Michigan lagoon. After the tour, the Central Chapter will return attendees to Grumman/Butkus, providing dinner and networking time with local colleagues.

As a complement to your classes, taught by BCxA industry leaders, each day will include a “Lunch and Learn” by these systems manufacturers:

Riello – High Efficiency Boilers and Burners
Yaskawa – Variable Frequency Drives
Bell and Gossett – Pumping Systems
Ebtron – Air Flow Monitoring Stations

Each Lunch and Learn will offer equipment theory, product specifics AND commissioning guidance for these products and components in the field. Click here to learn more about the 2-day training classes. Craig Hawkins, CxA, CCP, and Tracey Jumper, CCP, LEED AP will be conducting the classes.  You can see their bios here.
