As Commissioning Providers, we are asked to submit proposals for our clients’ projects; these requests are all called something different, all asking for specific information … and all due TOMORROW. The one thing they all have in common is You. The presenters, led by a proposal manager and an engineering manager, provide an overview of the value of a marketing team from a cost/benefit analysis perspective. They share valuable experience for the development of winning proposal content, how to make the process run smoothly, special tips on how to make your proposal successful, and what to do after an award is made – win or lose. They aim to help you answer some of the tough questions you ask yourself every day. Throughout the session, the audience can participate by asking and answering questions. The goal of this session is to have participants walk away with a better understanding of the proposal process and its importance to the entire company.
